Life is all about first being intimate with our own being. With all our survival needs met, we should now be seeking self - awareness and self-evolution.

 

A wholesome attitude towards health and nutrition might not be indicative of being happy and successful, but when a more natural lifestyle is adopted, we re-align ourselves with the cosmos thereby making us more receptive to its grace.

 

There are various factors that increase our chances of living longer and healthier lives. Our food, work and home environment, exercise routine and our interests generally determine how healthy and lengthy our lives should be.

 

By combining exercise, regulating the breathing rhythm, as well as managing our diet we can rebuild and improve our overall well-being. Health is self-created state and taking charge of one’s overall outlook to life is a more holistic approach than only treating illnesses when they occur. Exercise should not only be about exercising in the gym, but also exercising one’s own mind. While eating food it is more important to receive nourishing sensory feeds from the universe.

 

So be aware of everything our body experiences, as it imprints on our DNA. Being disconnected with the elements leads to a state of dis-ease while a unified field functioning in tandem with the elements creates and establishes organic unity and state of ease. We must be patient, persistent and optimistic in our approach to life to achieve the best results.

 

As we become aware the choices in life become a little more grounded in reality and we become constantly aware of the scope of the decisions we make and their impact on our overall well-being. It is therefore imperative that we take complete charge of our lives and become the choreographers of our lives.
