The physical heart is very important to keep our health in a good shop. The heart is the muscular pump that supplies the correct pressure for the blood to move through the body. It’s four chambers; two ventricles and two atriums collect impure blood from the body, send it to the lungs for purifications, pumps it back to the heart and then distribute it to the entire body through veins, vessels, and arteries. An ailing heart affects the whole body system adversely.

Just as our physical heart plays the pivotal role for healthy body, it is our spiritual heart that takes care of our spiritual well-being, Toxins of sins like anger, greed, deceit, ego, ignorance, and lies contaminate and mutilate the pure vibrations of the spirit-the ******** self Love, compassion, forgiveness and peace are the four chambers of spirituals heart that cleanses and pumps Godliness, happiness, bliss back into our lives.

The heart is considered the seat of feelings and emotions. Amongst all, love is the most subtle emotion felt by humans. As love is subtle, its source is also of the same nature. This source is the spiritual heart. The question arises, what exactly is this spiritual heart?

The aptest explanation understood of spiritual heart was by my Sadguru Sh. Ben Prabhu. She explicated –

In human life, the consciousness acts on body, mind and intellect levels respectively. On-body level, it works through the medium of five organs of perceptions (eyes, ears, nose, mouth, skin) and five organs of actions (legs, hands, touch, reproduction, excretion). When these senses of actions & perceptions come into the contact of the outer world stimuli, the mind reacts or responds. Responses and reactions of the mind are further dependent on the intellect.

Intellect is further classified into gross and subtle levels. Gross intellect is nothing but a data collection of good and bad information and disputations. Gross intellect rationalizes, discriminates between good-bad, right-wrong, moral-immoral, nondoership – doership and selflessness – selfishness. When gross intelligence perpetually acts through volition in favor of Selfless servitude, this awakened gross intellect blossoms into a beautiful lotus of spiritual heart – the fountainhead of love and bliss.

It is said that God resides in the heart of a devotee. It is this spiritual heart God comes to reside in.

Heart means the most central part the core, and spirit means energy, vibrations, the higher self, cosmic energy, the soul. Researchers have found evidence that our physical heart’s electromagnetic field generated by each heartbeat is connected to a field of information not bound by time and space. The feelings of love, care, appreciation, gratitude, compassion generate coherent heart, a rhythm which receives the intuitive heart intelligence – the massages of God.

The heart reflects the visions of God. So, go purity your heart, evolve your gross & subtle intelligence through, Selfless actions, create a ‘Seat of God” within.
