2) Breathing exercise with Laughter (10 Minutes)

1) Clapping laughter: (5 Minutes)
- Simple clapping: A clap is the percussive sound made by striking together two flat surfaces, as in the body parts of humans Start with simple clapping
- Eyes Closed clapping Laughter: Eyes Closed clapping Laughter Closed your eyes and take a long deep breath in and laugh loudly ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha with normal joyful clapping
Benefit: Clapping with Laughter improves Immunity: Clapping with Laughter helps boost white cell production, which is essential for fighting germs and therefore reduces the occurrence of frequent infections.
2) Breathing exercise with Laughter (10 Minutes)
1) Equal Breathing: Inhale through your nose for the count of 4 and exhale through your nose for the count of 4. Repeat 4 to 5 time
2) laughter Exhale Breathing: Straighten your arms in front of your chest with the palms facing upward. Inhale through the nostril and bring your fists closer to your chest. Hold your breath for three to four seconds and then burst out laughing while exhaling with sound Ha Ha Ha
3) Lion Breathing: Hold your hands out like a lion’s paws. Take a deep breath, hold it for three to four seconds, and then stick your tongue out and laugh from your belly.
3) Laughter Yoga Exercise (10 Minutes)
- Namaste Laughter –Due to coronavirus global crises now NAMASKAR is globally accepted now we can add laughter in that and make more joyful and fun. Greet each other by joining both the hands and looking into the eyes and laughing Ha Ha Ha He He He
- Hand Wash Laughter: Hand washing is one of the simple ways to protect ourselves and our family from getting sick from infectious viruses.
- Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap with Laughter with adding Laughter Ha Ha Ha Ha
- Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails with adding Laughter Ha Ha Ha Ha
- Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice with adding Laughter Ha Ha Ha Ha
- Rinse your hands well under clean, running water with adding Laughter Ha Ha Ha Ha
- Dry your hands using a clean towel or air dry them with adding Laughter Ha Ha Ha Ha
- Mobile Phone Laughter: Nowadays due to lockdown we spend more time on phone calls so let’s add laughter in our calls. Imaginary Mobile phones “rings,” put it to your ear and laugh as though you heard the funniest joke ever or got a call from your boss Ha Ha Ha Ha
- Super Brain Laughter Yoga: Cross your arms and hold your ear lobes with index finger and thumb. Bend at the knee, bow down, and laugh.
- Pray Laughter: Open your both arm up in direction of the sky with a deep breath in (thanks to god to give this beautiful life, once down your hand with the breath out with spread laughter (Two Deep Breath in and Let Go)
4) Laughter dance and Music with Positive affirmations: (5 Minutes)
Sing and Dance alone or with family members on your favorite song with loud laughter
