Boost Your Immunity With Ayurveda

1Start Your Day With Herbs To Strengthen And Cleanse Your Respiratory Tract
Drink Tulsi, Ginger and Pippali (Fruit of Long Pepper) tea with Honey in the morning.
Tulsi is a natural immunity booster that has Immense Antiviral, Antibacterial, Antifungal properties and is also rich in vitamin C and zinc.
Ginger stimulates metabolism and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Pippali also has rejuvenating and digestive properties, it helps in reducing fever and fighting infection.

Include Turmeric And Black Pepper In Your Daily Meals
You can also drink turmeric and almond milk at night for sound sleep.
Turmeric reduces inflammation, improves the functioning of lungs and fights against virus replications.
Black Pepper works as an excellent antibiotic, enriched with vitamin C and provides relief from discomfort.

Drink Plenty Of Water, Preferably Warm

Have Giloy In Any Form (Juice / Kadha / Capsule / Powder)
Giloy has many medicinal properties - it is the powerhouse of Antioxidants, Antipyretic, Anti-inflammatory, Purifies Blood, Combats Liver and Urinary Tract Infections, Calms you down, effective in treating Diabetes, Reduces Constipation, Boosts Memory, it basically keeps diseases at bay. But remember to consume in the right amount as the herb generates heat in the body.

5. Avoid The Intake Of Red Meat
Minimize usage of processed or red meat like Sausage, Ham, Nuggets, Bacon etc. as it causes inflammation which ultimately contributes to tumour growth. It contains high amounts of saturated fat which increases the risk of Obesity, Diabetes and Heart Aattacks.

6. Drink Amla Juice Daily
You can have 15 ml of amla juice or one amla in an empty stomach daily. It is a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants, helps in reducing bad cholesterol, improves digestion, detoxifies your system, prevents cough/cold and also reduces acne and dandruff.

You can have 5 grams of Neam Leaves on an empty stomach and then do not Drink / Eat anything for about 1 hour, for 15 days.

9. Limit The Use Of Alcohol And Quit Smoking
Alcohol impairs the function of immune cells, lowers the number of white blood cells and disrupts the ciliary function in the upper airways.
Smoking exposes the body to tar and nicotine and thus weakens the immunity.

10. Limit Sugar In Any Form

Spikes in sugar intake curbs the immune system cells that attack bacteria and reduce the body’s ability to ward off disease. High levels of sugar can lower the white blood cells function.
